AgentMyAIBook a call

Watch it answer for a will writer, an electrician and a clothes shop

Your website is a shop that can't talk.

It has everything a customer needs and no way to ask for it. We put an agent on the front of it — one that knows your products, your prices and your diary, points people at the right thing, and tells you what they wanted when it wasn't there.

Dental tourism, freight forwarding, language learning — same pattern underneath, three unrelated industries. The system ports, which is the whole point.

What the owner gets

Enquiry arrives knowing it’s probate, no will, next of kin — before anyone picks up a phone.

What this actually is

A website is a shop that stays open all night and can’t answer a single question.

That was always the missing half. A shop has someone in it who knows the stock, works out what you’re after, walks you to it, and tells the owner what people keep asking for. A website has a search box and a contact form.

An agent interface is that person. It knows your products, your prices and your diary. It gets someone to the thing they came for in one conversation instead of six clicks — and it can take the order, book the slot, or hand you a warm enquiry at the end of it.

my dad died and there’s no will — can you help, and what does it cost?

I’m sorry — that’s a hard time to be sorting paperwork.

With no will, someone still has to get legal authority to deal with the estate. That’s a Grant of Probate, and we handle the whole application.

Are you the next of kin, or is another family member applying?

What the owner gets

Enquiry arrives knowing it’s probate, no will, next of kin — before anyone picks up a phone.

And you find out what people wanted and didn’t get

Every visitor who couldn’t find a thing today left without telling you what it was. An agent knows: the question it couldn’t answer, the size you were out of, the service you don’t offer yet. One of those is an anecdote. Two hundred is a decision about what to stock, what to write, and what to sell next.

One visitor, start to finish

A stranger goes in one end. A booked appointment comes out of the other.

  1. 01

    Someone arrives

From Google, an ad, a video, a friend

They have a question and about forty seconds of patience.

  2. 02

    They ask, instead of hunting

    The agent interface

No filters, no six-page site. They describe their situation in their own words.

  3. 03

It works out what they need

    A guided assessment

It asks what actually changes the answer — one question at a time — and rules things out.

  4. 04

It shows them the right thing

    Your products, your prices

The service or product that fits, priced from your own list, with what it includes.

  5. 05

    And it closes

    Buy · book · enquire

They purchase, book the slot, or leave details — while they are still interested.

And if they’d rather talk, the voice agent rings them — confirms what they need, answers what’s left, and puts the appointment in the diary. Minutes after they asked, not the next morning.

Where it sits

Everything you already pay for lands on the same page. Right now that page is a form.

The agent interface

It meets every one of them

  • Answers the question they arrived with

You learn

What they wanted when you didn’t have it

This is why the order matters. Buying more traffic before the middle works is paying to send more people to the same form.

Try it before you talk to us

Four things you can use right now

Free · no email · about twenty seconds

Now do it to your own website.

It reads your public pages, works out three questions your customers genuinely ask, and shows you what your site does with them today — then builds you the agent, and rings your phone if you want to hear it.

Nothing is stored, and no email is needed to see the result.

The same thing, out loud

Have it ring you.

Put your number in and your phone will ring in a few seconds. Run the check above first and it will know your business before it calls.

  • It says it is an AI in the first sentence.
  • It knows your business if you ran the check above.
  • Under ninety seconds, and it will not try to sell you anything.
  • Your number is used for this one call and is not added to a list.

What it costs

The price is on the page.

You should be able to work out whether this is for you without booking anything. Most people take the monthly — it is the same as a salesperson's seat, and something new ships every month.

Ongoing build

Most take this

£2,500

per month · 3-month minimum, then rolling

We build it, we run it, and something new ships every month. Not a maintenance contract — continuous build.

  • The full build: agent, tool or board, wired into your site and your enquiry process
  • Something new shipped every month — this is ongoing build, not babysitting
  • Lead capture, attribution and follow-up (email, WhatsApp, SMS) set up and running
  • Traffic and conversion work: SEO, content and analytics on the same system
  • You talk to the people building it — no account manager, no ticket queue
  • Cancel any time after the first three months

Best for: Businesses already spending on ads or salespeople whose enquiries arrive cold and unqualified.

Fixed build

£4,000

one-off · typically 3–4 weeks

One defined thing, built, deployed in your own accounts, and handed over. You own the code, the hosting and the domain.

  • One agreed build: a qualification agent, an interactive tool, or a site
  • Deployed in your accounts from day one — GitHub, hosting, domain, email all yours
  • SEO plumbing included: meta, sitemap, structured data, Search Console, analytics
  • A fixed bug-fix window after launch, scope stated up front
  • No retainer, no lock-in

Best for: You know exactly what you want built and you want to own it outright.

Fix what you already have

From £850

usually a few days

You already paid someone for an AI receptionist or booking agent and it half works. We find the actual fault, fix it, and tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping.

  • Diagnosis of the real fault, not a rebuild pitch — bookings at the wrong time, calls dropping mid-conversation, the calendar out of sync, enquiries not reaching your CRM
  • The fix, plus a test pass with you on a real call
  • A written note of what was actually wrong, so you are not dependent on us to understand your own system
  • An honest verdict on repair vs rebuild — including when the answer is that what you have is fine

Best for: Something is built and not working properly, and the person who built it has gone quiet.

Work

Things we’ve already built.

Every one started as the same problem — a website that asked strangers to fill in a form and hoped. Every one was answered by giving the visitor something worth their time first. Some are still being built, so not everything here is a link yet.

Gomago

Client build — ongoing

Global trade & freight · Turkey ↔ UK/US

The problem

A freight forwarder on the platform had the usual problem: visitors read a services page and left. The brief was blunt — get people to stay longer, and come back.

What we built

A live freight-market board — the reason to come back — with a pricing request at the end of it.

  • Tracks daily transits through the Bosporus, Suez, Bab el-Mandeb and Hormuz via satellite positioning, so congestion is visible before it hits a rate
  • Container call volumes at loading and discharge ports (Ambarlı, UK, US East Coast) as a capacity and delay signal
  • Cost drivers on the same screen: diesel, Brent crude, EUR/TRY — the inputs behind every freight surcharge
  • Curated trade-press headlines for market context
  • Built entirely on free public data (IMF, US EIA, ECB, trade publications) — no API contracts, no per-call costs, no login
  • A structured pricing request sits at the end of the board: by the time someone asks for a quote, they have already told you the route and the cargo

MyDentalFly

Own product

Dental tourism marketplace · UK/US/EU → Turkey, Hungary, Poland

The problem

A high-ticket, high-anxiety purchase where the industry standard is a salesperson on WhatsApp and no itemised plan. Enquiries arrived with nothing in them.

What we built

Pearl — a conversational assessment agent that produces a priced, itemised plan against a named provider before a human is ever involved.

  • Deterministic assessment engine underneath, LLM only on top: clinical routing and pricing are auditable, not model-generated
  • Guardrails keep the agent inside a defined flow — no open-ended advice, no scope drift, no diagnosis it is not permitted to make
  • Anti-repeat ledger: shared context means a visitor is never re-asked something they already answered
  • Produces a personalised, itemised package page — not a generic lead form
  • Text and voice in the browser, plus in-browser calling, SMS/WhatsApp and triggered email off the same conversation context
  • Every conversation lands in a purpose-built admin CRM with full source attribution

English language learning

The problem

Language platforms open with a form and a placement test. Learners bounce before they have spoken a word.

What we built

AI teaching characters (Emma, Mr Smith) as the interface — the same assessment architecture as the dental agent, in a completely unrelated domain.

  • Characters, not forms: the assessment happens inside a conversation the learner wants to have
  • AI-generated lesson content across video, image and audio
  • A human review layer sits over generation to stop quality drift
  • Demonstrates the pattern is domain-agnostic — the same system runs dental, freight and education

Works with

Whatever you already run.

Most people asking for this already have half of it — a CRM, a calendar, a number that rings. The job is usually connecting those, not replacing them.

People call this different things: AI receptionist · voice agent · missed-call text-back · appointment setting · calendar booking · speed to lead · CRM sync · lead qualification. It is mostly the same job — someone contacts you, and something has to answer well enough that they do not go elsewhere.

Start here

Tell it about your business.

It will ask what happens when someone lands on your site today, draw you the funnel you have against the one you could have, and give you a real price range.

It is also the sales pitch. This is the same kind of thing we would build for you — so rather than take our word for what one of these does to an enquiry, use it and watch what it does to yours.

It will not quote you a fixed price, invent a result, or tell you this is right for you if it is not. Those are hard rules it is built with, not manners.

Live agent · built for this site · not a person

I'm AgentMyAI's own agent — which makes me the demo as well as the receptionist. Paste your website address and I'll read it while we talk: what it does well, the questions it can't answer after hours, and what we'd build. Or just tell me about the business if you'd rather.

One sceptical buyer, one booked call.

Tell us what your site does now and where people drop out. If a build fits, we'll scope it on the call. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that instead.
